Competition T&Cs

To enter: All confirmed orders placed between 00:00 on the 27 July 2018 and 23:59 on 29th July 2018 will be automatically entered at no additional cost into the "Promotional Prize Draw". All entrants shall be deemed to have accepted the following Promotional Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of this promotional prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is Euroflorist Europe B.V. of trading address Hullenbergweg 250, 1101 BV Amsterdam (the "Promoter").

2. The Draw: All winners will be selected by a random computer process within 7 days of the closing date. This decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 10 winners will be picked.

3. Entrant Requirements: Only one entry per customer/household will be counted. Open to all aged 18 years or over. Employees of Euroflorist B.V.,  its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Promotional Prize Draw may not enter.

4. Winner Notification: All winners will be notified by email (using the details provided at the date of entry) within 7 days of the closing date. If we cannot contact a winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at our sole discretion) or if a winner rejects their prize or their entry is invalid, we reserve the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotional Prize Draw and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.

5. The Prize: Winner's will receive the value of their winning order refunded back into the account the original order was placed with. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for other prizes or cash. Euroflorist B.V. retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

6. Data Protection: By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Promotional Prize Draw entry. If for any reason you do not wish to be included in the Promotional Prize Draw, please contact us at customer.services@myeflorist.co.uk quoting your name and order number.

7. Liability: Euroflorist B.V. accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotional Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Euroflorist B.V. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue the Promotional Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Euroflorist B.V. in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Law: The Promotional Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotional Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
